  • Condition: Box is in very good condition. It shows minor signs of use on the inside- a few small chips to the inside edges and a discoloration inside the lid. Metal support hinge shows light oxidation. (see pics) Left back hinge is slightly loose where it attaches to the lid. I’ve tightened the screws and it loosens again with use, screws are slightly stripped. Bottom felt is worn along edges. Overall, a beautiful one-of-a-kind box!

    Maitland Smith Brown Tiled Dome Top Dresser Box or Small Storage Chest with Hinged Lid, Handshake Handle, Hand Made in Philippines
    Grid pattern of varying shades of brown distressed tiles. Inside hinge supports lid when open. Metal handshake handle. Round feet. Unsure of what material the tiles are made from, or if it is a carved design to look like tiles. Box appears to be resin inside.
