Christofle Malmaison Empire Style Coffee Pot

Up for offer is this absolutely gorgeous antique silver plated coffee pot in the Malmaison pattern by Christofle. This stunning coffeepot is in the beautiful Empire Style and is very expensive to buy new. It retails for well over ,000 at a Christofle boutique.
I must point out that this piece is being sold at a substantial discount because the little finial that attaches to the lid has recently become detached (see photo 5) but this can easily be fixed by someone who has a knowledge of metalwork. There are also a series of small pits on the underside of the pot (see photos 8 & 9) which are not visible unless one closely examines the piece. I want to disclose all this information so that buyer is aware this piece is an antique and sold as-is. My hope is that someone who always wanted this model can get it for a good price and refurbish the piece and enjoy it for years to come.
